§ 05 · Terms of Trade
All sales final.
Every Trillionaire Exchange holding is issued in a finite, numbered lot and retired after release. What that means for a purchase is stated here in full — no fine print, no exceptions outside the ones below.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or exchange sizes, colours, or lots once an order has been placed. Every lot is issued once and retired, so a released piece cannot be re-listed.
Limited & members' lots.
Numbered limited runs and members-only pieces are final sale without exception. This is stated on the listing before you acquire.
Mis-shipments & damage.
If the desk ships the wrong lot, or a piece arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping and replace it or refund it in full.
Report it to the desk.
Email sales@trillionairexchange.com with your order number and photographs of the piece and its packaging, and the desk will settle it.

Settled by the house

Damage & mis-shipment desk
Include your order number and photographs of the piece and its packaging. The desk opens Saturday through Sunday, 12:00–12:00 PST, and replies within one business day.
